how to get the check and what changes for you.
the blue check means we have checked your identity using a document and your face. it helps people know who is behind the profile, without guaranteeing how that person will behave.
you can share and record rides without verifying. verification is a requirement for receiving sparkies, not for riding with naiss. you can complete it later.
- start from “verify your account” in settings or your profile’s unfinished steps. currently, you need to be 18 or older.
- didit guides you through photographing a valid spanish identity card or residence permit and checking your face. passports and nie numbers without a document are not accepted in this process.
- return to naiss to see the result. once your identity is verified, the blue check appears and you receive verification xp once per account.
- the energy bonus has two independent requirements: verified identity and accepted savings consent. you can verify without activating the bonus.
- your public name does not change. your documents and legal verification details are not displayed on your profile.
you can revoke consent from its page inside the bonus, keeping your check and existing balance. it affects savings from future rides. to withdraw money, also check the requirements on the payout screen.
common questions
why do i need to verify again if i already entered my details?
previously you only typed your name, document number and birthday. we now check that the document and face belong to the same person. this strengthens security and helps prevent false identities from receiving rewards. if your entered birthday was different, we use the document date once validated and let you know.
what happens when the upgrade deadline passes?
your previous verification no longer qualifies for the energy bonus or withdrawals. you can keep riding, but you need to verify your document and face to meet the identity requirement again. referral rewards already require this verification from the start.
who receives the reward, and when?
it is a thank-you for people who had the previous verification and need to upgrade. if you qualify, the amount appears on this page. you receive it once after identity approval, separately from verification xp. we notify you when it reaches your balance. if it shows as pending, do not repeat the process. the upgrade deadline does not expire this reward.
do i lose my balance or need to accept consent again?
no. your existing sparkies and consent are preserved. verifying your identity does not accept or revoke energy-savings consent. if your legal details change, you may need to confirm your bank account again.
what happens to sparkies if i verify after the ride?
the ride stays recorded. the app shows the requirements still needed to receive its sparkies, including verification and energy-savings consent. when you complete them, the ride is checked for eligibility. it must meet the other requirements and still be within certification deadlines.
how do i correct my verified details?
in settings, open «verify your account» and tap «correct my details». changes stay in a draft until you tap «continue to didit». leaving before then lets you discard them without changing your identity. didit checks your document; a different identity may require review and reconfirming your bank account.
