What is naiss and what it offers you
naiss is an app created by Apollo Bros S.L. with a clear purpose: to turn daily mobility into a social, gamified, and, why not, a bit more fun experience. It is a thematic platform that promotes sustainability and human connections through the voluntary (and non-binding) registration of shared journeys between users.
naiss does organize and facilitate shared journeys, and helps you settle each journey's costs based on the car's consumption. that said, naiss does not handle payments between private individuals: it only helps you keep track of what is owed and settle it through the payment methods each user adds. nor does it act as an intermediary in the private arrangements between users, or assume responsibility for personal decisions made outside the application.
What it does: it allows sharing naiss shots (audiovisual content of your journeys), earning points for participating, and competing in rankings and personal achievements. It is a social network for moving together, with freedom and without pressure. In addition, on a voluntary basis, naiss lets you take part in the CAE program (energy savings certificates) and receive compensation for the energy savings of your validated journeys, as detailed in the "CAE program" section.
important: today naiss does not replace professional mobility services, but its nature may evolve over time. Any future functionality will be transparently communicated and regulated in the updated terms.
participating subjects
these terms regulate the use of the app by naissers and the use of the institutional panel accessed by collaborating entities.
app users:
natural persons who register in the app to participate in the community, share journeys, upload content, and access gamification dynamics.
collaborating entities:
organizations with which the company agrees on specific conditions for the management of rankings, incentives, or associated campaigns, subject to complementary agreements or specific annexes.
Contractual Relationship and Acceptance
To use the app or the institutional panel, users and collaborating entities must accept these terms, along with the privacy policy, community rules, and cookie policy.
- Naissers accept during registration via the checkbox. Without this acceptance, they cannot create an account or use the functionalities.
- Collaborating entities accept as a condition for accessing the institutional panel and managing rankings, rewards, or linked users.
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you in the app, the panel, or by email. Using the app or panel after the notification implies accepting the new conditions.
In specific cases, additional conditions may apply, which will be clearly communicated and will take priority if there is a conflict.
who can use naiss?
naiss is designed for people who want to share journeys and transform their daily mobility into a social, safe, and collaborative experience. to access and use the app, the user must meet the following requirements:

Apollo Bros S.L. reserves the right to suspend, limit, or cancel access to the app to those users who do not comply with these conditions or whose conduct is contrary to the purpose and values of the platform.

- first and last name
- mobile phone number
- date of birth
- email address
- a valid social network (instagram, whatsapp, facebook, snapchat, or linkedin)
to know which data are mandatory or optional and how we will use them, you should read our privacy policy.
and although this is obvious, we want you to be clear that your account is yours alone, meaning it cannot be shared or used on behalf of another person. the company is not responsible for the consequences derived from the improper, negligent, or unauthorized use of the account by the user or third parties.
by registering, you commit to:

- not using the app to harass, pester, threaten, collect other users' data, or send unsolicited messages.
at naiss we apply zero tolerance to any abusive, illegal, or disrespectful use. if you breach these, we may suspend or cancel your account immediately.

collaborating entities accessing the naiss institutional panel must ensure that:
- their registration is done with true, updated, and complete data of the entity.
- the users or authorized representatives accessing the panel are duly designated and know these conditions.
- the institutional account is not shared or delegated to unauthorized persons.
- they will only use the information available in the panel for legitimate purposes of promoting sustainable mobility, managing their own rankings and rewards.

- they will not use the platform for purposes other than those established nor to contact users in an unauthorized way or outside the goals of the collaboration.
Apollo Bros S.L. is not responsible for the improper use a collaborating entity makes of its institutional account or its access to the panel. any infraction may lead to the suspension or removal of the institutional account and the adoption of legal measures if necessary.
service improvement and analytics
by using naiss, you accept that the application collects anonymous usage data to help us improve the platform, identify errors, and offer you a better experience. this processing is based on our legitimate interest in offering a stable and functional service. for more information about what data we collect and how we protect it, consult our privacy policy.
naiss shots and content generated by naissers
publicación y visibilidad
naiss allows users to share journeys through images known as naiss shots, which can include selfies, companions, vehicles, or any element related to the journey.
by default, these publications are visible in the app's public feed, as part of the social dynamics, collective verification, and scoring systems. for points to be awarded, the images must be clear, recognizable, and relevant to the journey.
each user is responsible for the content they publish and guarantees that it is true, appropriate, and does not infringe on the rights of third parties.
collaborating entities will not have access from the institutional panel to the images or the naiss shots uploaded by users. however, they may access journey data (such as number of journeys, distances, companions, or accumulated points) linked to rankings or anonymous or pseudonymized statistics, always respecting the current privacy policy.
tagging and consent
the user who uploads a naiss shot must have the consent of all people who appear in it or who are going to be tagged. it is not permitted to publish images of third parties without their knowledge or authorization.
tagged people can request the removal of a tag or the full image through the reporting mechanisms available in the app or by email. the company will attend to these requests within a reasonable time, and may remove content or suspend accounts if it detects breaches. in case of removal, the associated points will also be deleted.
moderation and reporting
users can report content they consider inappropriate, simulated, or shared without consent. reports will be reviewed manually and may lead to content removal, changes in visibility, or suspension (temporary or definitive) of accounts.
users can report content via the content reporting menu, accessible from the options button located in the top right corner of each naiss shot.
Options available in the content reporting menu:
Report as offensive:
For content that breaks community rules or may be illegal. We review it with care, but with seriousness.
Report as fake ride:
When you see that the Naiss Shot doesn't fit — for example, there are fewer people than said or it doesn't look like a real trip.
copyright and image rights assignment
the user retains the rights to the images they publish. however, by uploading a naiss shot, they grant the company a free, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, and indefinitely license to use said image and the people appearing in it for purposes related to naiss.
this includes its reproduction, communication, and adaptation in digital or physical supports, within and outside the app, including:
- social networks
- promotional or corporate materials
- communication campaigns
- events, presentations, or publications associated with the app
the user guarantees that they have the consent of all people appearing in the images and exonerates the company from any responsibility derived from its use in accordance with this clause.
on their part, entities authorize the company to use their names, logos, institutional emblems, and collaboration references for informative and promotional purposes, including digital or physical supports, with the goal of communicating their participation as a collaborating entity of naiss.
points system, rankings, and rewards
how the points system works
the app incorporates a points system to recognize the active participation of users. this system is symbolic, social, and playful, without economic value.
points are obtained by sharing journeys with other users, and can influence rankings, levels, and access to symbolic or material rewards. journeys must be registered via photos ("naiss shots") that visually reflect participation in shared mobility.
we may modify, expand, or delete the points system and the rules governing it at any time, always notifying reasonably. rewards are not guaranteed, nor do they constitute an acquired right.
likewise, misuse of the system (such as publishing fake content or manipulations) may involve the loss of points, exclusion from rankings, or account suspension.
publication of naiss shots and consent
when registering journeys via photos (naiss shots), the user confirms they have the consent of the people appearing in them or those they are going to tag.
if someone appears in a photo without knowing it or wanting to, they can request its removal directly from the app, through the content reporting menu, accessible from the options button located in the top right corner of each naiss shot. we will attend to these requests within a maximum period of 24 hours.
we may remove content or suspend accounts.
rankings and levels
the points you accumulate within the app allow you to:
- level up (e.g., rookie → driver → legend, etc.)
- see your personal progress over time
- compare yourself with other users in monthly or seasonal rankings
- participate in special dynamics or access specific rewards (if any)
levels and rankings are visible to everyone, but:
- do not imply any contractual right
- can change, pause, or be removed if the system structure changes
the names, achievements, and levels are intended to motivate you and recognize your commitment to shared mobility, not to generate economic or contractual obligations.
rewards and benefit allocation
rewards associated with the points system are:
- totally optional and not guaranteed
- symbolic or promotional in nature
- subject to availability, specific agreements with third parties, and specific legal bases
even if you meet the scoring requirements, it does not automatically generate a right to receive a reward. specific conditions (deadlines, requirements, amount, etc.) will always be published or communicated in advance if applicable.
rewards, if granted, can come from:
- universities
- collaborating companies
- public or private organizations we occasionally collaborate with
everything will be announced through the app, naiss official channels, or collaborating entities' official channels.
exclusions and penalties
the points system is designed to promote honesty, sustainability, and fair play.
therefore, we may remove points or penalize those who:
- upload fake, doctored, or non-journey related naiss shots
- tag other people without consent
- simulate activity to inflate points or rankings
- use the app for personal promotions or for non-permitted purposes
penalties may include:
- total or partial loss of points
- sanctions equivalent to double the points earned fraudulently
- exclusion from rankings or account suspension
the review will be done manually and evaluated case by case.
non-economic nature
in case it's not clear:
- points have no economic value
- they cannot be exchanged for money or sold
- they do not imply a right to payment, proprietary benefit, or remuneration
- rankings and levels can be modified or removed at any time if naiss considers it appropriate or if project dynamics change
in summary: this is a serious game, but it's still a game. enjoy it, compete, collaborate, but without legal dramas.
note: the above refers to the game points (gamification). the "sparkies" in the CAE program are different: they represent the compensation for the energy savings of your validated journeys and are governed by the "CAE program" section of these terms.
CAE program: compensation for energy savings
naiss lets you take part, entirely voluntarily, in the energy savings certificates system (CAE), regulated by royal decree 36/2023 and its implementing regulations. when you carpool you generate energy savings that can be officially certified; companies obligated to save energy purchase those certificates, and naiss passes on compensation to you for them.
depending on the route, your journeys fall under ficha TRA040 (urban or metropolitan journeys, within the same province) or TRA030 (long-distance journeys, between provinces). participation in the CAE is governed by these terms and by the specific program conditions we communicate to you in the app.
requirements to participate
for a journey to be able to generate compensation in the CAE program, the following conditions must be met, among others:
- be over 18 and have an active account with your real, verified identity (DNI or NIE); pseudonyms are not allowed.
- have your phone and, when required, your email verified.
- make a real car journey, actually shared between at least two people, within spanish territory.
- keep location active throughout the journey and have granted the permissions necessary to record the route.
- actively confirm the start and end of the journey when the app requests it.
- that the same journey has not been and will not be registered on another similar platform, nor has any equivalent incentive been received for it.
- in the case of drivers, have the vehicle registered and not be a professional passenger-transport operator.
- comply with the limits and anti-fraud controls that naiss establishes in accordance with CAE regulations.
authorization and transfer of savings
by joining the CAE program and giving your consent, you expressly authorize naiss (apollo bros s.l.) and its delegate in the CAE system to act in your name and on your behalf before the public or private bodies, verifying entities, obligated or delegated parties, and authorities of the CAE system, in order to:
- manage, process, and formalize the applications to certify the energy savings of your journeys.
- sign on your behalf the necessary documents, including the responsible declarations required by the regulations.
- transfer to naiss the ownership of the energy savings generated by your journeys, so that naiss can certify and monetize them as CAE, in exchange for the compensation recognized to you.
you declare that the information you provide is truthful and that you have not requested or received, and will not request, any other aid, subsidy, or incentive —public or private— for the same savings or journey. you undertake to inform naiss of any change in these circumstances.
sparkies and compensation
the CAE program compensation is expressed in "sparkies", which you accumulate for the validated kilometers of each shared journey. when journeys are certified and the savings are monetized, sparkies are converted into monetary compensation according to the price per sparkie that naiss determines based on the amounts actually received for the certificates, after deducting naiss's management fee.
please note that:
- the compensation is conditional on the savings being validated by the national coordinator of the CAE system and by the corresponding audit; if a journey is not validated, we will not be able to pay the associated compensation.
- sparkies and their price are not guaranteed, may vary, and do not constitute an acquired right until the compensation is settled in accordance with the program's conditions.
- the compensation is promotional in nature and does not constitute a salary, a consideration for a transport service, or an employment or professional relationship. you are responsible for any tax obligations that may apply to you.
- naiss may modify, suspend, or end the program or its conditions, informing you reasonably and respecting already consolidated rights.
proper use and anti-fraud
the CAE program is based on trust and reliable data. for this reason, the following is prohibited and may lead to the loss of sparkies, exclusion from the program, or cancellation of the account:
- registering false or simulated journeys, or journeys not actually made by car.
- manipulating the location, the route, or any journey data.
- registering the same journey on more than one platform or requesting duplicate incentives.
- exceeding the limits of incentivizable journeys or kilometers that are established, or circumventing the anti-fraud controls.
naiss may establish technical, operational, or algorithmic mechanisms to verify compliance with these conditions and manually review the cases that require it.
data protection: participation in the CAE involves processing identifying data (DNI/NIE), location data, and your journey data, and sharing it with our delegate (delcae), auditors, and CAE system authorities. we explain in detail what data we process, on what legal basis, and for how long in the privacy policy.
