matches and routines
how naiss finds you people to travel with.
- a match is your trip crossed with someone else's: same direction, similar time, one of you driving and the other riding.
- a routine is your usual trip. you create it once, with your days and times, and naiss generates the coming weeks' trips for you.
- in weekly matches you see, day by day, who fits each of your trips. from there you join or invite.
- whoever gets the request accepts or declines it. until they accept, the trip isn't confirmed.
common questions
can i only travel with friends?
no. friends and people you've already travelled with come first, but anyone heading your way at that time shows up too.
why is nobody showing up?
because no trip matches yours yet. someone has to be going through the same area at a similar time, in the opposite role to you.
do i have to create a trip to get matches?
yes. naiss crosses your trip with everyone else's, so first you have to say where and when you're going.
