what each stage and state means
the bar says where your sparkies are. the state says how each ride is doing.
the stages on the bar
- pending review
- naiss is confirming or reviewing the ride. these are not approved yet. there is nothing to do and nobody to remind.
- blocked
- something is missing, yours or from someone on the ride: a survey or an identity check. it's the only stage anyone can act on, and the app tells you what is missing and whose it is.
- at naiss
- the ride is confirmed. these sparkies are waiting for the next batch to be sent to the ministry. naiss takes care of it.
- at the ministry
- the batch has been sent and we're waiting for its answer and the money. it can take a while, and there's nothing to do meanwhile.
- processing the payment
- the money has arrived and we're working out everyone's share. when that's done, they move to your balance.
each ride's own state
- pending
- the ride is still being confirmed.
- in review
- we're checking that ride by hand before we decide. it isn't a no, and there's nothing for you to do.
- action needed
- something is missing from someone: a survey or their identity check.
- earned
- confirmed and yours. waiting for the next batch.
- submitted
- the batch is at the ministry.
- awaiting payment
- accepted. waiting for the money.
- processing
- the money arrived. splitting each share.
- ready to cash out
- these have a price and are in your balance. you can request a transfer.
- paid early
- naiss has advanced the money. the ride continues through certification.
- didn't qualify
- the ride wasn't eligible. it earned no sparkies.
- cancelled
- the ride was cancelled. it does not count towards your sparkie balance. you can see why in cancelled rides.

what does "in review" mean?
we're checking that ride by hand before we decide. it isn't a no, and there's nothing for you to do.
