forgiving a tab
if you're driving, you can clear what you're owed.
sometimes you don't want paying back: it was a favour, you take turns, or you just don't feel like it. from the tab you can forgive what someone owes you and it goes to zero.
it's recorded as forgiven, so it stays clear what happened, but it stops counting as debt. note that it can't be undone from the app.

yes, the tab shows as forgiven on their side too. it isn't something that happens silently.
