my trip shows zero
usually it's just time or a survey. it almost always sorts itself out.
- sparkies confirm once the trip is grouped, from about 30 minutes after the driver stops driving. if they keep driving, it takes longer.
- if we ask you a couple of questions about the trip, answer them: until you do, that share isn't counted. on long trips we ask every time.
- if a passenger hasn't verified their identity yet, their share and the driver's half are on hold, not lost.
- anything on hold unlocks when that person finishes, but only until its batch is sent to the ministry. after that it can't be recovered.

do i have to publish the trip to earn sparkies?
no. publishing the photo is just the social part. what you do need is to answer the trip questions when we ask.
i answered the survey and it's still zero
give it about 30 minutes from when the driver stops driving. if it's still zero after a while, message us and we'll look at it together.
