an open telegram group where naissers meet, suggest things and get organised.
the community belongs to the community. it is not an announcements channel of ours: it is where naissers talk to each other, and we are in there like any other member.

- the admins are committed naissers together with people from the team, so there is always someone from the team listening.
- it is for suggesting ideas, flagging what does not work, organising rides and meeting people who do your same route.
we want to have the best community and the best support possible, and the two go together: what gets talked about in the group is what we end up building.

do i need telegram?
yes, the group lives on telegram. the app is free and the link takes you straight to the group.
does the team read what gets posted?
yes. there are people from the team among the admins and we read the group daily, though answers come from other naissers too.
is it the place to ask for help with my account?
for general questions, go ahead. if it is about your account, your sparkies or a payment, write to us through support in settings: there we can look at it privately with your data in front of us.
